Nothing on this marketing site is a real pick, a real price, or a real result. OctopusOdds is
pre-launch. Every number, chart and pick shown is invented demonstration data, clearly labelled, built to
show how the finished product will work once a real strategy, real data feeds and real settlement are
connected.

- All odds, prices, charts and any performance figures on this site are sample data, marked DEMO.
- No demonstration figure — win rate, ROI, units, closing-line value or otherwise — is a claim about how any future OctopusOdds strategy will perform. None has been backtested, forward-tested or validated yet.
Not advice, not a guarantee
- Nothing on this site is betting advice, financial advice or investment advice. OctopusOdds is not a licensed advisor of any kind.
- No strategy, pick or price shown here — now or in the future — guarantees profit. Sports betting involves risk, and you can lose money wagering.
- We will never describe a pick as a “lock” or use similar guaranteed-outcome language.
Eligibility and jurisdiction
- Sports betting is legal only in certain places, and only for people who meet the minimum age where they’re located (21+ in most U.S. states that allow it). It’s your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are.
- OctopusOdds doesn’t take bets, hold funds, or place wagers for anyone. It’s a research tool; any wager you place is placed directly with a licensed sportsbook or exchange of your own choosing.

- OctopusOdds is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any sportsbook, exchange or prediction market named or shown on this site.
- Links to sportsbooks on this site are not affiliate links, and we don’t currently receive compensation for referring visitors to any book. If that changes once the product is live, this page will say so plainly and we’ll label those links as sponsored or affiliate.
Once real picks are live
Before any real, published pick or real performance number goes live, this page will be rewritten to disclose, at minimum: the licensed data and odds providers we use, how results are graded and how corrections are recorded, past performance and its limits (past results never guarantee future ones), and any compensation relationships with sportsbooks. A dated changelog will mark every material update to this page.
