This is not a finished terms-of-service document. A complete, legally reviewed version will be published here before memberships open or any payment is taken. Until then, nothing on this site creates a paid agreement, because there is nothing to buy.

What applies right now

This site is an informational preview. You can create a free early-access account in the member app at app.octopusodds.com. Billing is not live: there are no paid subscriptions and no payments are taken.
Prices, charts and examples shown on this site are demonstration data, labelled as such. Do not act on them. Prices in the member app are informational and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, so confirm the price with the sportsbook before you bet.
Nothing here is betting advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager.
The site is provided as-is, without warranty, and may change or be unavailable at any time.
The OctopusOdds name, branding, page designs and written content belong to us. Please don’t republish them as your own.

What the full terms will cover

Eligibility — minimum age and the places where memberships are offered.
What a membership is — access to the research and price-comparison tools in the member app. Not betting services, not money management, and never a guarantee of profit.
Billing — price, renewal, cancellation and refunds, in plain terms.
Acceptable use — one account per member, and no redistributing or reselling content.
Accuracy and corrections — how errors in prices or content are reported and fixed.
Limits of liability — including the plain fact that betting losses are the bettor’s own.
Changes and termination — how we’ll notify you, and how you can leave.
