Privacy
The short version: this marketing site collects very little, and analytics load only if you accept them. The member app at app.octopusodds.com does have accounts, covered below. Here is both.

here before any account can be created or any payment taken. What’s below describes the site as it
actually works today.
What we collect today
- No accounts on this site. Accounts are created in the member app (see below); this marketing site itself holds no names, emails or passwords.
- Analytics only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4, and nothing from Google loads until you click Accept in the cookie banner. Declining, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, keeps it off. Ad personalization and Google signals are switched off. There are no ad networks or advertising pixels.
- Theme and consent choice. This site stores your theme and cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. That stays on your device.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request information — IP address, time, page, browser — to serve the site and keep it secure.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google. If you’d rather it didn’t, we can self-host the fonts — tell us and we will.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep the email so we can reply.
What the member app collects
- Account details — your email address and sign-in details, handled by our authentication provider, plus the profile you choose to set up.
- Subscription status — which plan you’re on and whether it’s active. Billing is not live yet; when it is, card details will go directly to a regulated payment processor and we will never see or store your card number.
- Your use of the product — what you post and share in Community (posts, friends, groups and group parlays), your notification preferences, and the bet slips you build and save.
What we won’t do
- We won’t sell your personal information, and we won’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We won’t share what you personally bet or save with other members. Platform results and your own records stay strictly separate.
- We won’t email you marketing you didn’t ask for, and every email we do send will have a working unsubscribe link.
Your choices
Once accounts exist you’ll be able to see what we hold, correct it, export it, and delete your account and its data. In the meantime, you can clear the preview’s stored data any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser.
